After using an ultrasonic cleaner to remove debris, we inspect the stones and settings under stereo microscopes to ensure they’re secure and identify any wear, scratches, or dents. Necessary adjustments are made, such as straightening, polishing, or re-tightening settings. For white gold and platinum, rhodium plating is applied to restore brightness.
Annual servicing, especially for rings and tennis bracelets, helps maintain your jewellery's beauty and longevity.
Shipping + Returns
We ship worldwide via insured shipping, with tracking provided for every order. Ready-to-ship pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged on a case-by-case basis, provided they are unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging. Dream Ring Builder, made-to-order, personalized, customized, and items designated as “Cannot Be Repaired” or “Superfine” are not eligible for return or exchange.
For approved returns or exchanges, two-way shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except when the item received is incorrect, defective, or missing.
