• How does the DREAM RING BUILDER work?

  Our Build A Dream Ring experience lets you create your ring step by step - choose your diamond, select your setting, and personalise the final details. Each step is designed to help you compare options confidently before placing your order.

• Should I choose the diamond or the setting first?

  Either work. Many customer strat with diamond to secure their preferences, then select a setting designed to complement it. Others begin with setting style and match a diamond to suit.

• What is the timeline for a custom ring

  Dream Ring Builder engagement rings and wedding bands typically take 3–4 weeks to complete. During peak or holiday seasons, please allow additional time to ensure your piece is crafted with the care it deserves.
  
  

• Are all rings certified?

  
  We provide IGI certification for the majority of our diamonds. For stones under 0.50 ct, IGI certification isn’t available, but each piece comes with a Love & Diamonds Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the quality and integrity of every diamond.
  
  

• Can you tell the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds?

  No, lab grown and natural diamonds are visually identical. Only specialized gemological equipment can distinguish between them by detecting subtle differences in their growth patterns.
