When Will I Receive My Order?
- For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 2–3 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
- For made-to-order pieces, please allow 3–4 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.
- Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, processing and shipping delays may occur.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time. Delivery time is quoted in business days — we appreciate your patience with us!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
For orders within the Philippines, shipping costs are determined based on the total value of your order and will be calculated during checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs are determined by your destination in addition to the total order value. Our website does not currently support automatic international shipping calculations, so these fees are determined manually. To arrange international shipping, please contact our customer care team via our social media pages.
What Shipping Courier Do You Use?
- Orders placed within Cebu City, Mandaue City, Talisay City, and Lapu-Lapu City are delivered via in-house delivery, subject to availability.
- Other domestic areas are shipped via LBC.
- International orders are shipped via DHL.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes — we ship internationally via DHL.
All international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges upon arrival at the delivery address. These expenses are the customer's responsibility, and we do not currently cover these costs. Occasional customs or carrier delays may affect delivery time and are beyond our control. Please reach out to your local customs office for further details.
I Think My Package Is Lost. What Should I Do?
If you believe your package is lost, please email us at hello@loveanddiamonds.ph or send us a DM on our social media pages right away with your order number, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Please note that Love & Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Be sure to check with neighbors or your building's front desk to see if they may have received your package on your behalf.
