a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and
returned within 7 business days of delivery.

Please note that personalized,
customized, made-to-order pieces, and items damaged through improper use are
not eligible for return or exchange.

For made-to-order pieces, production typically takes 3–4 weeks before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods and holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

18K gold and set with carefully selected lab-grown diamonds.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same
brilliance, durability, and composition as mined diamonds. The difference is
simply how they’re created.

Most of our lab-grown diamond pieces
come with an IGI Certificate. Pieces without IGI certification include a Love
& Diamonds Certificate of Authenticity.
