How long ’til my treasures arrive?
We’re not ones to keep you waiting, but good things sometimes take a bit of time. It might take up to 15 business days for your order to arrive. When things get busy or the weather’s not playing nice, it could take a smidge longer. Just remember, Sundays are for chillin’, so no deliveries on those days! But come Monday, we’ll be back on the grind, ready to get your goodies to you.

Where to ship my order?
1. Your home sweet home: We’ll ship it straight to your doorstep, no problem.
2. Your workplace: If you’re not around during the day, we can send it to your office address.
3. Any LBC branch: Can’t make it home or to the office? No worries! Just let us know your preferred LBC branch, and we’ll send it there for you to pick up at your convenience.
I am unavailable to receive my order?
As for someone picking up your order on your behalf, absolutely! Just give us a heads-up beforehand. When they swing by, they’ll need to bring along a valid ID and a copy of the Acknowledgement Email for verification purposes. Easy peasy!
