Return and Exchange

If you find yourself not totally thrilled with your order, we’re bummed, but we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is pretty straightforward, but here’s the lowdown:

Requests for returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. We’ll chat with you first to understand what’s up before we move forward.

To snag a return or exchange, all items must be unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging. You’ve got the option to swap ’em out for items of equal or higher value.

If your exchange pick is pricier, we’ll shoot you an email, chat, or text to settle the difference. But sorry, if your new fave is cheaper, we can’t refund the difference or offer any credit.

Just a heads up, no returns or exchanges for:

– Change of mind.
– Damage from improper storage, care, or use.
– Made-to-order, personalized, or customized jewelry.
– Delays from the courier.

You’ve got a cool 7 business days from delivery to request a return. After that, we’ll have to say goodbye to return requests.

At the moment, we’re not doing international exchanges, but we’re always looking to spread the love!

RETURN/EXCHANGE CHARGES
We’re sorry to say that we’re not able to offer free delivery at the moment, but we’re hustling to change that!

Right now, the shipping costs for both ways will be on you, except if your order has the wrong, defective, or missing items – in that case, we’ve got your back.

Keep in mind that the shipping fee isn’t refundable and can’t be turned into online or store credit. For your peace of mind, we suggest using a courier with insurance or LBC when sending items back.

Just a heads up, we’re not responsible for any lost parcels that weren’t originally sent by us. If they do get lost and are returned, sorry, but they won’t qualify for online or store credit, or for a return or exchange.

PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Before you ship or drop off your item at a carrier or branch, please ensure that all items are in their original, unworn condition and with the original packaging. Don’t forget to include proof of purchase! It’s super important.

But hold up! Before you send anything our way, hit us up first. We wanna make sure everything’s sorted before we get started.

We can’t exchange your orders until they’ve been processed and checked by our quality assurance team. If they need any more info, we will get in touch with you.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
We get it, sometimes things go a bit wonky during shipping, and we’re here to sort it out.

If any of the stuff you get is damaged or faulty, just shoot us an email at hello@loveanddiamonds.com within 7 days of getting your delivery.

Here’s what we need you to do:

When your package arrives, make sure to film yourself opening it up. Take a good look at the packaging too, and if you spot any damage, snap some pics.

Now, here’s the deal: we need that video to start sorting things out. No video, no refund. It’s a must.

Along with the video, send us clear pics of the item and all the packaging, including any pouches the courier used. Give us a quick rundown of what’s up with the item too.

All this stuff helps us sort things with the courier. Without pics and vids, we can’t get the ball rolling on fixing things up.
